    1. What We Provide and who we are: 1.1 These terms cover the supply of electronic cigarette and related products by Vapzit. Our company sources the best electronic cigarettes and TPD compliant products related but not limited too the vaping industry.

       1.2 Read Before Ordering: Please carefully read these terms before          placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide products, contract changes, problem resolution, and other essential information.

       2.3 Communication: We'll contact you by phone or email based on the         details you provide in your order.

    1. Our Contract with You: 3.1 Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we check your details and age verify that you are the correct age to use the products on our site. We will contact you by email confirmation, forming a contract.

       3.2 Unable to Accept: If we can't accept your order due to reasons like stock issues or age verification, we'll inform you by email.

    3.3 Non-UK Residents: We can only sell to the United Kingdom. Sales to other countries will be canceled and fully refunded should the order process go through checkout.

    3.4 Age Restriction: YOU MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE GOODS FROM OUR SITE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE VERIFY YOUR AGE BEFORE WE FULFIL YOUR ORDER. Products on this site are only sold to individuals over 18. Verification and background checks are part of the process.

    1. Our Products: 4.1 Product Variations: Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary, and certain items have hygiene-sealed restrictions.
    2. Changes to Your Order: 5.1 Request Changes: If you want to modify your order, contact us. We'll inform you of any associated changes.
    3. Providing the Products: 6.1 Delivery Costs: Displayed on our website during the order process.

    6.2 Delivery Timing: We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible. If it is not possible to get your order to in the specified timeframe, we will update you immediately and keep you updated throughout the process.

    6.3 Missed Deliveries: We can not take any responsibility for missed deliveries, once the products are in the hands of the third party delivery companies you will be issued with a tracking number and it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery makes it in to your hands.  Should you not be available when the order is delivered it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange pick up from the local depot. You will have all information through your tracking number. 

    1. Your Right to End the Contract: 7.1 Reasons to End: You can end the contract if there's an issue with the product or if we breach our agreement.

       7.2 Change of Mind: UK residents have a 14-day right to change their mind, extended to 30 days by our goodwill guarantee.

       7.3 Exceptions: Certain products sealed for hygiene can't be returned once opened.

    1. Ending the Contract: 8.1 Ending by Us: We may end the contract if you don't allow timely delivery or collection.
    2. Problem with the Product: 9.1 Reporting Issues: Contact us for questions or complaints about products.

        9.2 Legal Rights: You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act  2015. We're obligated to supply conforming products.

    1. Price and Payment: 10.1 Pricing: The price displayed during ordering includes VAT.

      10.2 VAT Changes: Changes in VAT rates will be adjusted if they occur between order and delivery.

      10.3 Pricing Errors: We'll notify you of any pricing errors before accepting your order.
