Can I Return My Purchase?

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Here's how you can go about it:

UK Returns:

  • Unopened and unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened items.

International Returns:

  • If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we'll guide you on the best resolution.

Returning Process:

  1. Use your local Post Office's 'Royal Mail Signed For' service for secure returns.

  2. Request a proof of postage/receipt.

  3. Ensure the return is securely packed with a clear, visible address.

  4. Include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

  5. Ship the parcel to our returns address:

Returning a Faulty Item:

  • Within the 6-month warranty period, you can return faulty items.
  • Contact us first via email, live chat, or phone to identify and discuss possible fixes.
  • If a fault is found upon return, we'll refund your postage cost (up to £5) and replace or refund the item.
  • If the item is not faulty, we'll explain the situation and return it to you free of charge.

Incorrect Item Received:

  • Contact us with a picture of the incorrect item and your receipt.
  • Ensure the 'picker and packer' details are visible on the receipt.
  • We aim to provide a resolution within 24 hours.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • It may take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for the funds to appear in your account, though it's usually the same day.
